Ask your parents or your guardian to help you register the SPARX card. After registering at www.sparx.com.ph, return to this page and fill in the appropriate information.

If you are already registered as a SPARX policy holder you may get your Sparx Policy Number by calling 750 5433.

Wnen you enter your Sparx Policy Number, please make sure to type it in correctly following this pattern, including the dashes: 000012345-67-8.

If you have registered your Sparx, please wait 1 to 2 days before using your Sparx Policy Number and password to register for Private Iris’ Inner Circle.
