To register:
Ask your mom or dad to help you register your SPARX card. Your parents can do this a number of ways:

• By phone
  Call 750-LIFE (750-5433). A Pioneer Life officer will guide you through the
  registration process.
• Through the SPARX website
  Complete the online application form at www.sparx.com.ph/registration.
• By mail
  Mail the application form to Pioneer Life at Pioneer House Makati, 108 Paseo de
  Roxas, Legaspi Village, Makati City, 1229, Philippines.

After they register your SPARX account, you will be assigned a SPARX Policy Number. Get this from your parents. You need the SPARX Policy Number to register into Iris’s Inner Circle.

Your Sparx account number looks like this: 000012345-67-8. Remember to type in your Sparx account number correctly  following the same number format, including the dashes, so you can successfully register as an Inner Circle member and qualify for Project Popular!
